About

About Siringit Villa.

Siringit Villa sits on the Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate at Usa River, east of Arusha and about twenty five minutes from Kilimanjaro International Airport. It was built in 2014 by the family behind Onsea House as a private home and it still reads as one. There is no reception desk and no lobby. You come in through a living room that opens onto a terrace, and the garden runs down to a lap pool and then to the fifth fairway, with Mount Meru filling the sky behind it and Kilimanjaro visible on a clear morning.

The estate is fenced and wildlife lives inside it, so impala and gazelle on the fairways are the usual view at breakfast. For most guests this is the first night of a safari or the last one. Twenty five minutes from the airport means you are in bed rather than driving after a long flight, and on the way home it means a swim and a proper meal before the evening departure, with day use available at half the nightly rate if your flight is late.

There are six suites. All have king beds, two can be made up as twins, five have a bath as well as the walk in rain shower, and two are set up for guests with limited mobility. Each has a balcony, a safe, robes and a hairdryer. The house takes fifteen guests sharing and is often taken whole by a family or a group travelling together. Dining is a set menu in the private dining room or outside, from a kitchen that also runs the estate restaurant, and the menus were built for the collection by a chef with a Michelin background. The spa opened in 2024, with four treatment bandas, and the gym opened at the end of 2025 with a studio for yoga and Pilates and a scheduled class timetable.

It suits travellers who want a quiet first or last night near the airport rather than a hotel in town, golfers, families and groups taking the house together, and anyone acclimatising before Kilimanjaro. It is less suited to a guest who wants the bustle of a town hotel, because the estate is deliberately quiet and twenty five kilometres from Arusha itself.

The villa is sold by the suite as well as whole. Lunch and dinner can be added as a board basis or ordered from the restaurant and settled directly.

Signature experiences

Why guests choose it.

  1. The pool and the fairway

A fifteen metre lap pool, floodlit and solar heated, looking across the fifth fairway to Mount Meru. It is the thing most guests do first after a long flight.

  2. A treatment at the spa

Four bandas in the garden with therapists trained by the products house. Most guests book it for the last afternoon rather than the first.

  3. Dinner in the garden

A set menu served in the private dining room or outside under the trees, from the kitchen that runs the estate restaurant.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

How many suites does Siringit Villa have?

Six, all en suite. All have king beds, two can be made up as twins, and five have a bath as well as a walk in shower. The house takes a maximum of fifteen guests sharing.

Where is the villa?

On the Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate at Usa River, east of Arusha and about twenty five to thirty five minutes by road from Kilimanjaro International Airport.

Why would I stay here rather than in Arusha?

Mostly for the first or last night of a safari. It is much closer to the international airport than the town, it is quiet, and there is a pool and a garden to land in after a long flight. Arusha town is about forty five minutes away if you need it.

What board bases are there?

Bed and breakfast or full board. On bed and breakfast you can order lunch from the menu and settle it directly, and dinner is served as a set menu.

Are families with children welcome?

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome under their parents supervision. Children from six to seventeen pay half the adult rate sharing with an adult, children under six sharing with adults are accommodated in a cot at no charge, and a child in their own suite pays seventy five percent of the adult sharing rate. Five of the six suites can take a third person when that person is a child under seventeen.

Is there a pool and a spa?

Yes. A fifteen metre lap pool, floodlit and solar heated, a spa with four treatment bandas that opened in 2024, and a gym with a studio that opened at the end of 2025.

Can we take the whole house?

Yes. The villa is often taken whole by a family or a group, up to fifteen guests sharing across the six suites, and it is also sold suite by suite.

What if our flight leaves late in the evening?

The villa offers day use at half the nightly rate, so you can keep a suite for the day, swim and eat before going to the airport.

Is there wildlife on the estate?

The estate is fenced and holds impala and gazelle, which graze the fairways. Arusha National Park, about twenty minutes away, has giraffe, buffalo, colobus and the Momella lakes.

Is there power and a connection?

Power is 220 volt with solar panels, a battery inverter and generator back up around the clock, and there is wireless internet in the suites and on the terrace.
